Deities of the Dead with Judika Illes!

If you can think of something, there’s a spirit affiliated with it. Spirits are involved with all aspects of human life, from romance to protection, fertility to prosperity. But there are also spirits of
death and of the dead; spirits who facilitate communication between the living and the dead; and spirits who encourage, prevent, and eliminate hauntings. These spirits derive from numerous traditions and pantheons. While their primary domains may be realms of death, some are still very actively involved with living people, too.

Join author Judika Illes at The Robin’s Nest in Bellingham, Massachusetts on Friday evening May 4 th for a workshop devoted to the Deities of theDead. We’ll discuss Baron Samedi and Maman Brigitte, Hella and Hekate, Mictlancihuatl, the Aztec Lady of Death and her modern successor Santa Muerte, and more. This is a practical workshop and we’ll discuss safe and effective ways of working with these deities including spells, invocations, and altars.

$35pp – Space is limited. Please call 58-244-4881 or email info@therobinsnestma.com to register.
