Instructions: Each person who attended the event is entitled to one Free 5×7 Prom Portrait from the portrait link. To select your portrait, fill out the form below with the code “P” and the number of the photo, Example: One 5×7 P-12, and your contact information.
Additional Photos are Available!
To select additional photos, please choose either code “P” for portraits and the photo number or “C” for candid and the photo number. Additional photo charges are as follows:
4×6 are $3 each
5×7 are $8 each
8×10 are $15 each
Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirming the order and a paypal invoice for the additional charges. If you are not ordering additional prints, you will receive an email confirming the order without any further payments.
