Use to count prayers, meditation and breath.
*Hold with one hand.
*Let it drape across the fingers so it can move easily. Place tow fingers around the beads next to the guru bead. Many people use their thumb & middle finger as some traditions avoid using the index finger.
*Complete one full breath (inhale and exhale).
*Move the fingers to the next bead, breathing in and out once per bead.
*Finish at the guru bead to compete 108 (or 56) breaths.
*Add a mantra, word or prayer to each bead.
